hi am back from camp. spent like 6 hrs sleeping in the afternoon wen i came back without eating lunch at all so damn sleepy let me go through the days at camp with u.
Day 1
met at school where we listened to mrs rathi give a speech and then wewent to put our bags at the classrooms. had some ice breaking games. Yang Tze was in my group again this yr as an "old apek"hehe. then we had to come up witha name for our group and we came up with the name "Dinomi" Dinomi stands for Dinosaur+Tsunami. Dinosaur being Yang Tze and Tsunami being me obviously. we came up with a weird but funny cheer. the kids in my grp were great(to a certain extent raj was ok lah). had alot of lectures and stuff and went to bed so damn early at 11.00pm.
Day2
Exco woke us up at 4am! yah but i didnt really mind cause i woke up at 3 and was just sitting awake for one hr cause i could not sleep.so was waiting for a long time for the thing to start. after that had war games briefing and we chose Yvonne as our Queen she was a bit too democratic that there was too many red indian chiefs so unfourtunately the soviets lost. Went to Pulau Ubin for our amazing race. wah damn tiring! i guess the walking was fine but so many ppl were so tired that i had to help them carry their bottles and stuff. in the end i was carrying 3-4 1.5litre water bottles all filled to the top. wah really slowed me down a bit but could still walk pretty fine plus with that me and wai thoo had to scream at Raj the whole way adding to our tiredness.had the famous Changi Village Nasi Lemak for lunch not bad.
wen we came back to S'pore we went to Changi Beach Club for dinner.The War Game was damn fun man! we all were running and hiding around school and trying to hit the allies and stuff but we lost to KING ASHRAF thats ok we all had fun still. went to bed at 2am.
Day3
Woke up at 6.40am me and nina were the first ppl to wake up and then i spent my time trying to wake Christine,Joysna and Vanessa up, the sec1s are ok. we had another lecture then we had a reflection discussion then mr Ng showed us the slide show of the past three days it was so fun. so many memories. then went home.
This camp was alot better than last years one. we all had fun and we bonded as student leaders and we got to know each other better. well thats my camp experiance.
PS: My cousins are here for a holiday and they r putting up in my house and so they r using my brothers room and now my room has been invaded with my bros doing everything in my room man!
